Science Teacher - Second in Charge

Required for 1st September 2017

Required for September 2017, an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Science (any discipline) – Second in Charge to join our large Science Department.  We require an ambitious and dynamic teacher seeking to develop their expertise and leadership skills, passionate about Science and the ability of all students to learn and make progress across Key Stages 3 – 5

The Teacher of Science position will be a permanent appointment to our School.  The Second in Science position is offered on a fixed term contract for the period 1st September 2017 – 31st August 2018 to cover a period of maternity leave and will attract a TLR 2B.

In March 2015 our School achieved an “Outstanding” judgement following our SIAMS inspection which is testament to our commitment to our School ethos of Realising God-Given Potential in each and every student.  We were also inspected by Ofsted in February 2017 and achieved “Good” on all measures.  We are not resting on our laurels and are already on our journey to becoming an outstanding school.
