The Bishop Wand Church of England School seeks to appoint a dynamic teacher of Economics & Business Studies for September 2018.

Assistant Head of Science Faculty

(Full Time and Fixed Term)

Required for 1st January 2018 or sooner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher of Science (any discipline) who has the leadership skills to support the Head of Faculty.

We provide a very comprehensive continual professional development program to all staff. As a new middle leader you would have access to specific training, support and coaching to allow you to fully develop into the role and enable you to become a Head of Faculty of the future.

The Assistant Head of Science position is offered on a fixed term contract to start as soon as possible and until 31st August 2018 to cover a period of maternity leave and will attract a TLR 2B.

The Bishop Wand C of E School is looking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Science for September 2018.

The successful applicant will join our large, supportive Science Department. We welcome applications from NQTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about Science and believe that all students have the ability to learn and make progress across Key Stages 3-5.

The teachers at Bishop Wand are central to our continued improvement and for this reason we offer a very comprehensive professional development program to all teaching and support staff. Teachers are given additional time to plan and prepare exciting, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of each student.
